From many years we are waiting for PACL refund. After heard the news that SEBI has taken the responsibility of PACL refunds we are very happy that our problem will be resolved.. But it is not happening properly.. After so many years still they are refunding amounts till 15000.. Not sure when they will complete the process.
And the contact number they have given never work for any complaints and to login the site also the registration number box disabled. Not sure whom we need to connect for our problems.
After some years, the application status states 'Your application (PACL Certificate No. - ) could not be processed further as you have declared Yes for Land allotted field in the claim application'.
Not sure how we can correct this, as we are not able to login the site and contact number mentioned never work..
People are loosing trust that their money will get back or not.
