Subject: Complain against Security Guard's rude behavior with Woman / Lady living in the apartment

Hello Sir/Madam,
We are living family at the above address from last two years. Safex Security Guard Services company is appointed by builder for our apartment
security at gate as well as for each building. When I am with my wife were entering in our apartment on 27-Apr-2013 around 7 pm time, two of the
security guards (named Hallu Thakur & Anand Thakur) at main Gate have stopped us for some security checking. When talking with them, they
have started talking rudely and non-respectful words with my wife. They have started talking like "Tu kya karegi", "Tu kya samajti hai" etc etc like
words.
Also when we have asked them for giving their identity (like their name, staff number etc) for registering complaint, they have provided us with
incorrect information and he told his name as Munna bhai. This was really shocking to us as the security guards are talking with women with very
non-respectful words and rudely and when asking they were hiding there identity to the society people whom they are providing the security
services. There were also similar kind of complaints registered in past 1-2 weeks for harassing and miss behaving with woman by security guards at
main gate.
We would like to register complaint against these two security guards for their miss-behavior and security company for recruiting such employee
and not providing proper training to them. Also we are expecting strict actions to be taken against these two security guards as soon as possible as
they might do similar things to other people in our society.
We have also registered a complain in the complain book of the Safex security services at our apartment main gate.
