Sejals World — Food quality of Sejals world

We had the same experience on 19/05/2023. to start with, when we checked in the receptionist (just some informal girl) was like fill up this form and make full payment. Later we were taken to our tent, when asked for welcome drink, the porter boy said we have to go to the dinning hall to get that, the welcome drink always is given in the reception especially when people dive long way to reach the resort that too in summer.

The tent door had no proper lock, phone was not working, room light was broken and not working, bathroom health jet faucet not functional and to top it all Air-conditioning too not functioning

When went to dinning hall for HI tea the food was worser then the street food, Sukha bhel and bread pakora with lots of house flies sitting on it. Room service was too bad, took me me 55 min to get some glass in my room. The ice given was some ice freezed in a thali which when used had white coloured particles coming out of it.

Hi tea timing and timing of Adventure activity were clashing. Also many activity not operational, after all this gross experience, get a call sharp at check out time to tell us you have to check out

they charged us Rs. 5500/- for couple for a night, inplace of having nice time, we had terrible time. We will not recommend this to anybody, and can someone help us for getting refund

It has WORST FOOD QUALITY. Kitchen n plates were too dirty n unhygienic that can't be explained. Rooms had so many cockroaches (even big cockroaches). We didn't even get the breakfast. No service and anyone to help. POOR EXPERIENCE. Won't recommend anyone here. PLEASE DON'T GO.
