Box already open from bottom, its already used, small hairs are in it, cleaning brush, pouch, warranty card, user manual missing. Of phillips trimmer qt 4011/15.. I shop it from snap deal. Order on 14/4/19 received on 18/4/19. As soon i received the product i check it only found 2 item charge and trimmer then immediately complaint in on the snap deal email and they reply to return but they closed the request today.
