I purchased Collar 2 earphones in May 2021. these came with 1 year warranty. I complained about fault - Set not turning on - on 11th November 2021. A ticket number #1115065 was immediately issued. However ever since no further action or contact has been established with me. My multiple reminders emails have gone without any reply. The only telephone number available for the company is an IVR and hangs up without connecting to any living person. Our confidence on Indian manufactured companies gets shattered when domestic manufacturers do not take onus/responsibility for their products. Kindly help me to either get my earphones repaired or replaced.
