I ordered from Mivi on 1st July'2021 with the order ref R[protected]. They claimed to ship the order within 72 hours and I got a mail from them on 2nd June confirming the shipment of the order with a Blue Dart tracking number. I checked the tracking number, however upon finding no reference on the blue dart website, I called them. The delivery company said that the order hasn't been dispatched to them from Mivi at all. What kind of scam is this? The company doesn't even provide an estimated delivery date and they have a pathetic customer service. Was this information helpful? |
