I got a defective product placed on mivi.in with order no. R[protected] so i rise a complain on 9 sep with the ticket no. 911840 then after a long time they generated pickup on 20 sep . they got the product on 22 sep but i dont get my replacement or money.
the tech support team is not replying to my concern and calling on mivi official no. is just waste ot time they dont know what is going on and they simply say you got the reply 4-14 working days and even not connecting me to higher level. Was this information helpful? |
