Senior Citizen — Non receiving of subsidy reg

Dear Sir, Myself Mr.Nirmal Sarkar consumer no. 00948. I am senior citizen age 76 and unable to move frequently after my bypass surgery. I have already submitted my Adhar Card and Bank Details but could not get my subsidy amount from last 3 consecutive bookings. I am frequently visit my agency but they are not reply in proper way or solve the problem at all. Bank said it has already linked up. I am sending you my gas office address Singur Gas Service Mouza Daluigacha, Plot No 844 - 846, J L No - 52, P.S - Singur, Dist - Hoogly and code no is 260508.
