I have ordered medicine order no. - [protected] registered mobile no. - [protected], namely Healthvit L-Glutathione reduced 250mg worth 1300 rs. I received order on 11th June 2019, it was COD so I have paid cash of 1300 rs for the medicine. I found that bottle was very old and expiry date, mfd dates, batch no. All the details were rubbed or vanished. I raised this issue on the same day via call and watsapp. I was also trying to return this via their website but I was unable to do so because they the option button for return was inactive and was not working. This I confirmed from the customer care that they do this intentionally so that product cannot be returned. While their return policy are different. It says you can initiate return if any issues are with the product. But they analyse the case and studied about this I was sending all the details (photos of product, etc via email and watsapp.) after 4 days of continously requesting and taking to them they agreed to return the product. And on 15th June 2019 product was picked up from my home. After that they told me to send account details I sent with cancelled cheque photo. After lots of call and continuously pushing them over call and emails. After one month they denied that we cannot process with this account. I sent them my another account details with photos of cancelled cheque but again its been another month and they are saying same.. That we are unable process your refund in this account. Please give us more time and all. Its about roughly 2 months of time. Because of these people I lost my doses of medicine I was taking. I didn't even got the refund. And I am facing lots of problems financially and mentally. I had to call them twice in a week but they are insensitive. My request is please look into the matter and give my refund amount back with the compensation for the harassment and mental distress I have faced. I am tired of calling these people.
