hi can you please advice how to get my PF from Serco. I have worked at Mumbai till feb 2014 . can anyone suggest how do I know the PF registration code of serco company. then I can apply online for my PF amount. Thanks and Regards Prince

I gave the interview in serco for EMS process through a consultancy in GTB Nagar. I cleared my HR, VNA and OPERATIONS round. For client round the respective HR of serco and the consultancy said that it will happen the other day...The HR of serco and called me on my number but due to some in efficeiency in my mobile handset I was not able to take her call. I know that I will be having a client round so from a different number I contacted the consultancy...and asked them to conduct my round on this number...but the consultancy member started using harsh language...and meanwhile when I checked my phone in the evening...the HR of the company even started sending absurd message to me...After 2 days even the consultancy member called me from different numbers and began to insult me...he said that I will not be able to get recruited in serco...through any other consultancy even...Due to all these problems they stopped my client round even...Due to these middle men...the careers of freshers, beginners...who are new in bpo industry...there career gets suffered...and this is the problem which is being seen at the entry level itself... I hope the the problem will get resolved . Thanking u.

I got selected in Serco with Refund process in Okhla Branch and I have join on 16 mar 2015 and today Lalita Iyer(Training Mnager) denay for me that she cant consider me in training because Last time I escalate Rajal Mittal case to Human Resource because Rajat Mittal could not provide good Training for Ticketing process even in the past Rajat Mittal Could not provide good result in training session. Because of Rajat mittal is good Friend of Lalita Iyer thats why she could not ready to give me Refund Training. She is misusing her Upper post because She is the Training Manager but her mind is like child she is here for serco for friendship and in the business sector there is no friendship. I was the topper person in productivity in 2012-13. But she is feeling jelous with me so That is why she didn't offer me training. I will esclate this case to Higher authority. Yatin [protected]

Hi, My name is Bonaventure Employ code 144647 I had joined Serco BPO Thane on June 19 th 2012 and left the company on 26th may 2013 in the process Etisalat and left 1 year ago serving my notice period and submitted all my exit formalities to my assistant manager Ali Merchant and the TL Joyson lewis as the Hr office was been closed as they did not do the formalities for the whole day . After 45 days when I called up for my full and final the Hr responded that They have not received any exit details as the management had lost all of it when confirmed 5 days before they stated that manager has lost more then 17 employees details and marked them absconding . They also stated that we will have to pay them an amount as we never informed them that we were leaving the company .Also mentioned that they will not be able to process the same as all the managers and team leaders has been changed also mentioned that they have changed the policies which was not been mentioned in the appointment letter And now its been impacting my new job . Happy to discuss it further as I need my releiving letter as they are not been issuing the same Need to know what has to be done

i m still not getting EPF from Serco Bpo Agra even i submitted the EPF application on 20th Feb 2014, & the HR guy was told me that i will get mi EP[censored]nder in 90 Days and it has been over too much.


would i know ? that why is it being too late ?


& when i go to Serco Office then they have not allow to enter me...

Hi, I Abhishek saxena was the employee of amex 360 under the team of sumit mathur, I joined the company on the date of 16/jul/2013 and I had given the resignation on the date of 18/dec/2013 after that I had completed the FNF formaties on the date of 21/01/2014 but still I do not get my experience letter or last month salary. I have been trying to reach (Hr serco handing the amex process) for last 3 months and they r not giving me the relevant answer.They are not receiving my call and they r trying to ignore me. Hi, I purchased a 3G Airtel Dongle with the commitment that 3G services will be provided but on using it i have not been able to open a normal website and my gmail account. I called customer care department and got the complaint # 55055388 and got call back that it will be resolved and somebody will visit my place to check the connectivity but nobody till now has done that and i am really not sure what to do. I called again customer care department but found that staff are not cooperative at all really not giving me any solution. Can somebody tell me what to do so that i get what was committed? sir/madam my name is kush nagpal .I joined serco malad branch on 15 of April 2013 and on 13th of April I was told to change my process i.e C.T process(batch:-C.T 127) due to my performance and my team leader Nazneem Motani told me that they will call me for interview round for your next process, but they never called me for it and my salary of july month which is aproxymatly 5000rs including my previous month salary which is about 6000rs company is not providing me.this money means a lot to me.previous month salary 20% of the total salary serco kept on hold because of some pan card issues but honestly i have submitted my pan card to the organisation thrice! please respond to me positively. with warm regards kush nagpal employee code:- II00028170

Manager satya and jatin jacob are not readdy to sign on resignation form. this is the issue of all employes. they are asking to serve notice period. nothing is mention on the offer letter about notice period to be served and we have not signed a bond. i am ready to pay basic salary for on the spot resignation so what is the problem.
They are always give a THREAT that he will abscond us and will not able to apply for PF also...as their is no growth apportunity.

so will u be able to help us in this situation..I expect a lot from you

I am Prerna Gupta. I worked in Serco Bpo in 27-jan-2009 to 31-may-2011 in Deutsche Bank Credit Card Process. Due to some reason I was in leave. Then I left the job, . 3 months over still, but I am not received incentive. I Received my Salary but not received my incentive of month of May Rs.2046/-.
My Banker Mr. Lavleen Arora told me incentive is Rs.2040/- but after left office my banker and managers Mrs. Monika Sharma told there are no incentive, reason is not achieve your target.
Please sir, can you check my performance, do you think I am not achieve my targets.

sir, am working as FSO(airtel broadband) in serco company. today i resign from the company because due to mistreatment by coordinator (thiyagarajan) to employer. everyday he (thiyagu) scold to his employer and depress the employer .and also not give sufficient salary to employer.our group are quality member in airtel broadband work . FSO employer r not ready to work under his coordinator (thiyagu) .so 7 employer out of 11 plan to resign,so pls take necessary step against him.and save company.
