Service Tree — Microwave repair cost

I am trying to get an understanding of what the actual service be as provided regarding my microwave services/repair which service tree have conducted on my microwave
I have paid approximately close to 4000 rupees earlier and now again we had another charge of nearly 1800 which is close to our 6000 inr which I paid which is almost equivalent to the cost of a new microwave

I am trying to understand what they have done

on speaking to the technicians they are more arrogant about the payment rather than the services as the keep promising that they are rendering the best services I don't see that and they are not justified as to why they have charged me so much the earlier payment

I have done a two-point payment on the cost that is area around close to 4000 previously and 2000 proximately right now so for the 4000 what they have done I am unable to understand the actual functionality of microwave has lowered down
