Servify — I have ordered airpod extended warranty - they have not share the agreement copy of it . Now Apple is claiming my warranty.

I have opted for AirPod extended warranty in this portal, they have not send any confirmation and aggreement copy too to my register email id [protected]@icloud.com . When i go for claim my warranty through apple, they are asking me the Agreement number / copy which i suppose to receive from Servify.me. When i reach servify, they ask me connect apple customer service . Without agreement copy apple is not supporting my request. When i email them no proper responses
