[Resolved]  Servokon Systems Ltd — Faulty Product. Poor Management

We have bought 2 Servokon Servo from the company Directly. Their Executive Visited at the time of our Enquiry on Indiamart. They have suggested us to buy 3 phase servokon after visiting our site. But after supply within 1 month, both of servokon Servo Started creating problem. Many complaints done with short span of time. Many executive come and changed its parts as well. Its Display PCB was of 6000 Rupees which they changed. But because of this Poor Quality Servokon Servo. Our other electronic Items getting Damaged. We than asked them to take Return your Product and Refund our full amount. But, after many calls and Mails they are not responding back properly. We are not interested in this product as after warranty, we have to bear lot of expenses of these poor quality Servokon Servo.
I made complaint earlier, they falsely CLOSED my complaint . I am not satisfied and want full refund.
