Servomax India Limited — My ge air conditioner is not being installed with a new swings on 1.5 ton ac

Hi,
When i contacted the corporate office in ameerpet for installing new air swings on my ge ac, they have given me a technician's phone number to speak to him.
And when i spoke to him on [protected], he said that the parts are not available anymore. When i insisted on knowing why, he said they stopped servicing the parts.

I have told him that previously one of their own service man had broken it while servicing, and he just ignored it.

I have bought this ac through one of their agents sreenivas back in 2010 or 2011, on account that servomax is a reliable distributor.

Selling product and not providing the spare parts when in need is not good or agreeable.

I request you to please look into this issue and suggest me.
