SETC — Cash deducted , ticket not booked

I tried to book, ticket on SETC and i got my cash deducted and i dint get the tickets. can you pl look in to it and confirm bank transaction id # UPI/[protected]/PayRoYES0000011/setc.ba - Rs.2245/00, paid thru CRED, they have confirmed that cash has been credited to SETC, but i dint get ticket. its one week over, no customer care number is attended and mails are not responded am unable to view any tickets in my account also. ticket booking date : 06/10 Was this information helpful?
