I received a call from a vendor named seven star travels from sulekha and he issued me a ticket for jet airways with his points and i paid 7500 for that but when i reached the airport the officials said your ticket got cancelled and we have already informed and this guy named amit singh did not told me and as informed to him he said i will refund the amount and stop lifting my calls and registered a complaint with sulekha complaint number -785049 and for that as well i have not received any response. Tired of calling all of them.
Please take this complaint on priority as because of this guy i have beared a good amount of loss as the ticket was confirmed i arranged my further meeting and even though i gave him the option to book another flight or return tickets then also no response and he had blacklisted my number.
