Severe seepage problems
We purchased a flat in Sterling heights in Gundlapochampally. When we went to visit the flat, we observed lot of seepage problems in bathrooms, bedrooms and hall. We complained to Sohail, who claimed to be the Site engineer who was unreasonably rude and didn't address the issue. I spoke to the Customer Care Manager Devika who refused to listen and told me to send an email without showing any concern. Till date, the issue isn't fixed and quality of construction is extremely poor. Request concerned team to look into the issue. Regret purchasing the property from Modi Builders.
