Dear Just Dial CEO,
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter regarding an education consultant service I availed through your call centre name is SEWA COMMUNITY COLLEGE. I contacted your department and obtained the consultant's contact number. After agreeing to a service fee of 50, 000 INR, the consultant assured me that the work would be completed within 20 days.
I made the payment on January 13, 2023, as per the agreement. However, it has been over 20 days since then, and the consultant is now avoiding my calls and failing to fulfill the promised services. I have attached all relevant documents, including proof of payment and our screen shot and i have audio also, for your reference.

Despite my continuous efforts to communicate with the consultant regarding either completing the service or refunding my payment, I have not received a satisfactory response. Before the payment was made, the consultant was diligent in following up and urging for payment.
I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and facilitating the refund of my 50, 000 INR. Your attention and support in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
