I had purchased the battery for my bike from your authorized dealer in Jatani namely Laxmi Auto Electrical, Rmachandra pur bazar, Mahaulgudia chhack, Jatani - 752050 (Odisha) Ph:-[protected]. My complain ticket no is 4047562
The battery did not last for 6 months (battery charged twice in between these 6 months ) and as per warranty condition, the battery was handed over to the above dealer for replacement in the beginning but he is arguing with me. The dealer stated that it can not be replaced but I have warranty card .
