I had availed the slimming services in the month of July 2021 in Bangalore location and the name of the centre is Sculpt in Kormangala location.
And the problem started when I came back to my hometown that is in Balasore, the amount for the services got auto debited from my account without my knowledge even when I was not availing the services. When I tried to consult the same to the Sculpt, from the very first they did not even tried to pick my calls and avoided. However after repetitive trying they received my call and they informed that they would not be able to get there services cancelled. BAJAJ FINSERV is the one who had helped me with the loan however as I tried contacting them, they said that the loan amount can be cancelled after a physical copy of "service cancellation request" is submitted to them. But now the Sculpt team is not helping me with the same document and they also did not conveyed me the terms and conditions at the time of joining. Every communication was done over the call and even I have not received any physical copies and hence I do plead to help me out with this situation so that along with me other customers could be saved from this type of scamming services. Even they are saying me to transfer this services to someone related to me so that they can avail the services and they also said that they will be putting me in the Fastrack process of slimming which is actually suspicious as because while I was availing the services and it has been a duration of 3 months there are hardly any visible changes.
