[Resolved]  Shaadi.com — I want my deposit back for misbehave and service,DTD.16/05/2024

I created a profile on shaadi.com for my son's marriage whose ID is SH32191765 and purchased the said service by depositing Rs.1575 online. While looking for a suitable profile I found a girl's profile suspicious, the girl sent interest for marriage, when I called the company representative Rachna Gond about this he abused me without giving me a satisfactory answer and ignored me and disconnected the telephone. But earlier until I became a paid member he was very sweet and nice and called me many times and promised to provide all kinds of services. Now it's completely opposite. After many attempts I brought the matter to the attention of the company and lodged a complaint but I was not given a satisfactory reply. I am dissatisfied, disgusted and disappointed with the behavior of the representative of the said company and using their services, I no longer want to be associated with this company, I want my deposit back. And want a fair trial of the whole incident.
