We had purchased 4 tyres from your authorized dealer vide invoice no.979 of dated[protected],
Further one of these the tyre was got bust, then we approached to your authorized dealer to exchange the tyre, but he said that is not manufacturing defect so we are not able to exchange the tyre, and also not giving proper response,
Further we would like say that the tyre is also cover under warranty period.
So we request you to instruct to your authorized dealer i. E m/s accessories house to exchange the tyre if we don t receive any response from your side then we will file compliant against you through consumer court.
We are also enclosing photo of tyre for your referance
