Shadow Fax — They have canceled the parcel without information

I am Kiran mishra from Delhi expecting response on my complaint to the shadowfax I hate to break it to you but your company Deliveryman have canceled my product without any information which is wrong it was important for my customer as i am a seller I need to courier my products across India but if this issue remains the same I won't be able to transport my product and second you are extending the date of deliveries making it late and so customers doesn't except it . Now I have a product to deliver to raipur and I hope after this you won't extend the date of Delivery Thank you .The customer suffering the problem of late delivery wants the delivery to be done before 27 her name is Anamika Bhagat from raipur chattisgarh. I have tried to talk you but wasn't able to so I am forced to write this complaint.
