Shakti Driving School Mysore — Cheated on getting FC for my 15 years old bike.

I was in need of FC for my 15years old bike. I approached some other driving school by using just dial mysuru, these got my number from just dial. They called me and Person by name Prashant and Praveen visited my place for getting FC. I believed those people and gave my original RC book and 4000/-. They didn't even proceed with the process. They always tell lie and they won't respond well on call. They will give receipt to make it appear genuine. It's been more than three months. I didn't get my FC. Suitable punishment must be given for these people and make them to return money to all the customers who got cheated.
