Shalby Hospitals — Refund for vaccine amount

I had taken my frst dose of vaccine from sg Shalby hospital Ahmedabad and they took amount for both doses as it’s compulsory to pay . After that I had called the hospital at time of second dose and told them that I can’t come to the hospital to take the 2 dose and as they have an another branch at naroda so I asked them if I go their for my vaccine so should I have to pay the amount again and if I paid would the amount be refundable that I have paid at your hospital they said yes you can take vaccine from there and the vaccine incharge told me to share the bill and account details for refund amount it’s been a week I have shared the details but the amount has not been refunded I called them and even texted them there is no reply for their side
