I have booked ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on December 4th 2015.with seat no-19, 20.due to breakdown the bus has been cancelled. But the amount has not been refunded. I have enquired about the cancelation of bus in the Chennai office.but they told they will refund the amount they have not refunded my amount yet.please solve this issue soon .
