Threatening the passenger

I had booked my bus tickets @ Shama Sardar Travels from Bangalore to Chennai for travel date 17-May-12. After entering the bus one of the staff ordered (not requested) me to change my seat. As I was not willing to change my seat - the staff pushed me, took my ticket and tore it off. Then he asked me get down from the bus as I don't have any ticket OR if I want to travel then better change my seat as per him.

CANCELLATION NOT WORKING

The site wont allow you to cancel the ticket.
If you call to their regional office they wont refund the cash. The will negotiate with you for the refund and they will return only 30-50% of the amount even if you cancel before 30 Days. So don't ever book the online ticket in their site http://www.shamasardar.in.

Fraud Travels Agency

On 17th Jan 2012 i was travelling from Trichy to Chennai in Shama Sardar's Volvo AC bus. The bus started 12 Am and at around 1 Am about 60 kms from trichy the bus was stopped... after about 15 mins when i enquired the driver he said me that there is a break down in the bus and it will take another 1 hr to start.... the worse part was there was no one to help him and he was all alone...

Nightmarish Experience

I had traveled by Shama Sardar travels from Chennai to Bangalore. It was a terrible experience!

(i) I had booked a multi-axle volvo bus. But they offered a single axel Volvo bus. Why ???

(ii) The bus was supposed to leave Chennai Koyambedu bus stand at 4:15 pm. But it did not leave the bus stand till 4:45 pm Why ?

Don't Book tickets in Shama Sardar Travels

Poor Quality Bus Service

This is the bitter experience i have ever had. Schedule time was 7.00am in the morning but the bus left majesty,bangalore at 9 AM.The Bus condition was not good. multiple booking for same bus seat

I had the worst nightmare while travelling from chennai to bangalore . I had booked my ticket on makemytrip and when I went to board the bus, I found that there was already a person sitting in the same seat. Even he had the same seat reserved!!?? When asked, the travels people were acting all cocky and they told me to sit in the last seat of the bus. They even refused to refund my ticket. Travel Nightmare

I had travelled from Chennai to Bangalore on Shama travels. The whole trip was a nightmare. It wasn't worth the money and time.

1.) The scheduled departure time of the bus was 10:15PM. The bus arrived at the bus station around 11:15PM. Instead of starting the bus, they were waiting for some last minute passengers.
