Sir my mobile no is [protected] (.) this is my contact no also and i am available on this no from 0330 pm to 0500 pm and 0700 pm to 0900 pm (.) three days before on 19 mar 2015 i come up to know that a sum of rs 60/- near about has been deducted from my account after that i make a recharge of rs 85 and consulted with customer care officer and he told me that the system is not responding so he is unable to help me (.) on 20 mar 2015 i consulted with customer care again and a lady officer told me that you have call a international call for 01 minutes so your account has been deducted rs 60/- this is not understood (.) when i not made any international call then how it is possible (.) i m customer of your operator since 12 years but if you behavior is like this i think that i will change your operator to any other operator with the help of no portability (.) i again and again request u look into the matter and do the needful other wise i will leave your service thank u yours customer shambhu nath mishra Was this information helpful? |
