In the year 2014 shamik developers entered an agreement for the redevelopment of deepa society. Till date, they have not made any concrete plan or have the blueprint for the project. They are fooling the masses from the beginning. They have fooled their partner also i. E arkade group by taking over almost rs 2 crores for the redevelopment of a project. I personally suggest everyone not to do any trade or business with them as they have become the habitual offender. Some of our hard earned money has gone into the project, i request everyone, not believe & trust shamik developers as they don’t respect the law of land.
