Shangrila Resort & Water Park, Bhiwandi — Complaint

Shangrila Resort has a ticket of Rs. 750 per person.. I went with my family of 9 members to enjoy as a family picnic on 09/06/014 ... The park had everything organised however some rides and the rain dance feature was not made available to use in spite of we paying the charges for it... When we informed the person in charge that as per the timings the rain dance was not made available... he said that he was giving extra time for another ride as other people in the park requested the same and as rude saying that can go and complaint but will not start the rain dance.. When we went to complaint at the reception.. They made a note in their complaint register saying that will get a call back the next day... However its been so long and I hav'nt heard anything from them...Please take this complaint..
