In 2014 i booked two plots of 1500 sq ft each in allison park, indore in name of my wife rekha chaturvedi, which were developed by shankheshwar developers, indore
After initial payment of around 5 lakhs, in 2015 mr girish jakhetiya the sales incharge/ agent of allison park, asked us to come for registration and make full and final payment.
We paid approx.35 lakhs (Rs.10 lakhs through our savings and rs.25 lakhs through lichf, indore) and got the plot registered in our name at registrar office
After waiting for more than one year for possession of plot and continuous followup with mr girish jakhetiya, finally on 16.05.2017, one letter issued by m/s shankheshwar developers, signed by mr ankit shrivastav that they will give the possession of said plot will in nov'2017 (Letter attached)
Now for last 20 days i am making followup with mr girish jakhetiya to update the status. Initially he was responding to phone calls and giving some vague responses but for last 4 days he has switched off his phone no.[protected] and now there is no clue, whom to contact and what to do
If any information about this project and mr girish jakhetiya, please help and also guide how to get possession of said plots or get refund of our money paid to them
