Hi,
Just dial is not interested in providing support for its customers. They are keen only in collecting the payment but not interested in providing service to its clients. Have experienced some bad experiences from few customer cares but nothing was even close to response from Just dial customer care team. Mobile feedback was registered to 2 numbers till 6th (Promised at time of sale) but without information one number got removed on 6th afternoon. Called up customer care on 7th night and they promised a call back by today morning 7:00 AM but still waiting for same. Called up customer care no again at 10:15 but the executives are not ready to help and are transferring the calls without information. Spoke to one agent (did not get the name), One senior agent Aishwarya and Supervisor Priya but issue is not yet solved. Now again they have promised a call back which am sure from initial experience that will not happen.
