Shanvi Enterprise, Surat — Non shipment of product after payment

I made a shooping of rupees 699 from one of website name cartooze.in, but still havent got any email or phone call from the site of my purchase and when i try to open the site it says its been remove from the server nor thier phone no works i dont know where to approach i think i have been scam but my payment has been made to one bank account name SHANVI ENTERPRISE of surat so i humbly request you to please look into this matter
