Sharad Patil — Complaint against telecaller "Dimple"

Sir,
I have to pay last and this month, two wheeler installment. due to some reason i couldn't pay today to mr. Nilesh. So i have hot a call from Dimple, I informed her my condition but she started bad words to me. Though i informed her Wednesday i will pay without fail.
Loan from Bajaj Finance for two wheeler.
If such telecaller are there in your company and using bad words to customer who is actually paying his/her salary fro money collected from customers.

I have informed to Nilesh as well as mr. Prafulla Aapte (Mumbai).
Do the needful and ask them to take care of customer.
