Hi Razorpay Team,

I had made a payment of Rs.30, 000 Rs.30, 000 & Rs.3000 as attached to sharedBK through your razorpay platform but now sharedBK( www.ciciseo.com) link has stopped working without any prior notice and provided merchants are unavailable to reach out and no more provides the services as promised and i had made this payment since razorpay is a TRUSTED gateway and i believed razorpay onboards authorized, VERIFIED merchants but in this case i see razorpay has onboarded multiple fraud merchants and facilitated online payments to them without verifying their business details hence this caused me a huge loss of Rs.63000 in total. Since this is a clear mistake committed by razorpay, kindly consider this on priority and provide my REFUND at the earliest.
