1. Mr. Shaji, the proprietor and instructor of sharlet motor driving school, taking big fees from the students and not giving any receipt or bill
2. He is always verbally and physically abusing the studens
3 it is noticed that he takes classes after drinking alcohol
4. He is not responsible for any paper work of the students fr example registration, theory test
He is not teaching but torturing the students
