My name is K. Maheswararao. I have been charged excessively for performing delamination of SSC certificate which is 3000 rupees (demanded 3500) just for a 10 minute process. Imagine how much they have in this manner. She said its a chemical process and assured the safety of document but still I think they charged way too much for a single document. I don't know whom to ask about there pricing for the service they provide but I'm sure there is no regulation over their pricing. For laminating a document its just 80-100 rupees but why it is 28-30 times more costly for delamination? There must be a regulation over their pricing. Help me recover some amount from what they charged for delaminating my document by considering aspects such as details related to the process, cost of chemicals used by comparing with real time market, time taken for process, etc. I plead you to kindly do some needful. I only count on you because nobody else will solve my issue. I took 1000 rupees loan from a relative for this job, I mean that's how my situation is! So please help.
