Sharma Travels — My driver didn't stop the bus at my spot and didn't give me my parcel .

I had taken then courier services of Sharma travels and my parcel was to be delivered by them today by stopping the bus at navale bridge which is on their travel route but the driver didn't stop the bus and asked me to come 15kms ahead of my stop . He was abusing .
