I purchased Sharp Bread Maker model PE-105-CS from croma on 6 march 2021 and it got delivered on 10 march 2021. Today my bread pan seal broke and when I called customer care they have told me that the bread pan will need to be replaced and the cost is 2646.
This is totally unacceptable to me. Paying 1/4th the purchase cost for a machine part a year after the purchase does not speak too well about the machine which was purchased keeping the company name in mind.
A Sharp machine giving problems one year after purchase needs to be taken care of by the company.
