I purchased sharp conditioner on going through the various ads regarding its effective cooling and low maintenance cost.
now after purchasing it within 2-3 years i am getting it repaired various times from my supplier cool fresh, Surat and didnt got the required satisfaction so i contacted toll free number and it done from M/s. Radhe Krishna Air on 26/01/17
On complaining on your toll free number M/s. Radhe Krishna Air contacted me for repairing and told me that there is some of gas leakage and we have to carry the unit and after some days they reinstalled it and informed that leakage is cured and now the unit is ok and charged me Rs. 5000 for the same.
Now after 3-4 months i am again facing the problem of cooling and again i contacted M/s. Rahde Air and the person who attended the complaint told me that again there is issue of gas leakage, on asking them that it is already done few months back they told me that it can happen numerous times and they are not responsible for any recurring complaint.
with regard to above mentioned incident i want to ask you that whether sharp is providing so inferior quality product or there is inferior in your service so that after spending 5000 bucks also i am getting same problem again and again and your authorized service agent is saying rudely that pay again and get the service or feel the heat.
pls revert me or i have to move to consumer forum
