Companies rep inspected the ac and found that the compressor is not working and it needs to be replaced he said. The compressor is within the warranty period i, e, up to 17 dec 2019 and so, he took photoes of original bill and warranty card. Later, he said those photos have been fwd to concerned authority for the replacement process. With the paucity of fortnight time when i received no response i again contacted mr. Ali regional manager sharp, hyderabad. He stated that he would look in to this matter later on. After four days when contacted he said; the bill was hand written. The vender told me there is no issue if it was hand written or printed. Any how a printed bill was issued to me and the same has been fwd to mr. Ali. Even then he says i will take action on my own.
