I have registered a complaint regarding repair of Split AC on 23.05.2017 through SHARP's Customer Care. Even after 3rd day there is no action in the matter and Sharp CC representatives are not able to provide current status in the matter. On further follow-up & enquiry, they have provided contact details of NCR Branch Manager Mr K B Sati (#[protected]) and it was found that this no is switched off. Thereafter, again I called up CC No and they have provided contact details of Mr Sati’s senior (Mr Rajesh – [protected]). Mr Rajesh told that he has resigned long back from this company.
I again called up CC and this time they have provided another no. of Mr Dharamraj ([protected]) and this cell is switched off. I also contacted their factory phone no.[protected] at Pune, but no help in the matter.
Such a worst service of a Japanese company is not expected. If any body can help in the matter, will be highly thankful,
