Dear safeexpress team,
I have not received my home goods insurance paper which you have charged 3000 rs during booking. Your team response is very poor no one is receiving phone also. I have talk to mr. Dhiraj delhi office his contact no is -[protected]
He has told me you will received after the house hold packing but i have taken followup so many times but he always told me you will received today, tomorrow and day after tomorrow but still i have not received a pix, or scan copy also. And now mr. Dhiraj has told me dont call me he is not responsible for any things.
I am attaching bill scan copy for more details goods booking date was 13th aug 2017 and proposed delivery date 20th aug 2017.
As per my observation safeexpress has not any ethics, norms, customer satisfaction, they are not providing proper documentation also. They are doing just a job for working like a tom and herry company.
I request you please provide us insurance paper scan copy on urgent basis.
