Shein — refund amount not received

Hyx13675 this order was cancelled by me and as a refund is want my inr2730. I m contacting them and they are saying that they have send the amount to paypal but paypal is saying that they have not received any amount.
Shein is saying that there transaction id to paypal is 2ll26569nl777503b

Kindly help me

It had been last 3 months i m trying to coordinate but they both are saying two contradictory things.

First time I ordered from shein it delivered to my doorstep but now they are calling me to SHimla which is70km away.they even have charged me for shipping fee
