[Resolved]  Shemrock School — Regarding mentioning Wrong class in TC

My kids praneya and pranvi were studying in LKG in 2020 in shemrocks sagar MP. In sep 2020 due to my transfer to Aligarh I had applied for TC after paying all dues. Due to lockdown I got the TC in Mar after lot of persuasion but the class mention on TC was wrong. It was Nur class instead of LKG. I requested for amended but school is not responding neither picking up my phone. Kindly intervene in this matter. Thank you in anticipation.
