I am a resident of sherwood estate narendrapur for the past 8 years. Recently we shifted from a k block apartment to q block apartment. In the last few days, its been a tortorous experience of floor tiles coming off every now and then. The situation is absolutely ominous . We are not even feeling safe. Who is going to take onus for this- any advice as regards to that?
since its been 8 years since handover of this apartment. This peeling off tiles is not new in sherwood estate and had happened severally in case of other blocks as well. It is obvious that after such long duration since possession, the builder might not feel they are answerable. But given the scale of this menace and obvious cheating o[censored]nsuspecting buyers who shelled out the cost from their lifelong earnings, how can the builder not be implicated.
