Shilton Hospitality Llp — charging a sealed cold drink bottle for rs 150 along with additional gst of 5%, service charge of 6.35%, gst on service charge as 18%

On 11.01.2020, i visited watson's which is billed under the name of "shilton hospitality llp". I ordered 2 cold drinks along with some other items, wherein i was billed for rs 300 (With a unit of 4 glass for 2 cold drink bottles). Further, i was charged with an additional gst of 5%, a service charge of 6.35%, gst on service charge as 18%.
The cold drink bottle does not bear the label "not for retail sale" and has an mrp printed as rs 40. The bottle was sealed pack and there was no service of pouring or anything howsoever. I intimated the restaurant staff about the same but was not given any attention to the matter.
