The worst cable network provider i had experienced in my life.None of them proved to be responsible.Their service is poorest in the area.Even local agent service is better then this provider.we along my family is fully dissatisfied.No other alternative to install dish. Today and many times earlier also I tried calling them[protected] /[protected]several times but no one picks up the phone and suddenly the phone goes engaged for the whole day.

service is very poor .I have face network problem from last three days but after complaint no one take responsibility seriously.
My recent experience with the company is as follows

There had been signal problems for which I registered the complaint but nobody from the company came to address and resolve the issues. The signal disappeared totally in April and following two months we had been calling the operator who assured to resolve the issue but it never happened. Finally when we decided to switch to other operator and called the central department in Ludhiana to collect the setup box. After waiting two weeks we finally went to the office which is 15 Km away from our home. The employees' behavior was extremely rude. Instead of admitting their mistakes the entire staff blamed us for not coming with the issue earlier. We were told that we should have approached the head office as soon as we faced the problem. It is for the first time that the client has to go to the head office carrying the box to resolve issues. The head of the department was so arrogant and ignorant of his behavior that he asked about my qualifications.
This entire network of Fastway and Shimla Satellite Cable Pvt Ltd is fraud. With extremely unethical practices of redressing customer issues they start blaming the customers for not being prompt with their complaints to the point that he/she should otherwise approach physically to the head office.
The head also bragged about the 80, 000 customers he has in Shimla and he cannot address each and every issue. In that case whatever claims they carry with respect to their "digitally advanced" network is all bogus.
I would not recommend Fastway to anybody. It is for the first time I am writing any review not to bring down the image of the organization out of vindictiveness but to make every common man aware of the fraudulent practices of these thugs. There are scores of other good service providers people. Look for them and avoid such hassles.
Firstly, I want to say that after providing of set top box, cable network has been totally failed. There is no proper signal and attending of complaint mechanism is nil. Telephone No. as shown on the receipt are only to make the public foolish. Cable boys who seems very active at the time of taking payment not receive the call. Their cell No. found always switched off.
This is my suggestion to you, improve your services failing which be ready to face the consequences. You will be taken in to court of law for making fraud with the public.

Set Top Box provided by company for cable connection is not working properly since 25 June, 2015. it is not getting on when power switched on. Kindly repair the box as soon as possible.
Worst cable operators in town, no one is answering phone calls. I'm not able to watch TV from last three days anyone there who take action against them, we give our hard earned money to them every month for their bad customer service
Really, the service is very-very poor. Issues are not resolved. I am striving for making payment so that my connection is restored. I requested to send me the link on my moble, so that I could make online payment. But people working at the office are paying no heed. I reminded them twice, but of no use. I think the owner is also sleeping, not caring for his customers.

No employee who collects bill from this channel is coming from past 1 month to collect bill. We are calling them again and again to collect bill but they are reluctant to listen. Worst cable channel.
Very poor services. Employees are not responding to the calls nor taking any action against complaint filling.

They don't deserve a single star.. The worst cable operator service.. Most of the time cable is not working view enormous reasons.. Really fed up with them
Seriously very poor service . They dont even pick call . shame on them . Employee dont even respond . We are paying every month but still poor response . Very bad service in beolia
It has disconnected six paid channels and other channels from 18.10.22 ( after repaired STB got faulty and was replaced on 17.10.22) thne why bill increased from Rs 185 to Rs 264
