I was purchased a plot by shine city agent in velvet city, bijnor, lucknow. Plot d35, phase -2 with customer id - cfmz437 in jun'2016. The site has cancelled but since last 1.5 year all the team member said that site will be live soon. With this they passes the time more than year than 4 month back finally i decided to cancel the plot & applied for refunding. But still complete payment with interest not received. I written many e-mail on [protected]@shinecityinfra.in; [protected]@shinecityinfra.in; [protected]@shinecityinfra.in & have done call to customer care, samreen, tanu, deepa (Refunding dep't), vineet (Passation dep't), awanish singh, manish jaiswal, sunil kumar (Sales person) but no positive response received yet. Plz suggest how can i get complete amount from shine city. You can join me on nine six four double three two four five one nine.
