Dear sir. Shine city varanasi branch have registered plot no. C 345 sector 1 extension-kashiyana-rajatalab-varanasi in the 2015. (09.03.2015). After several times visit to varanasi branch, there is no any positive response from their end.
Therefore, i request to take necessary administrative actions against shine city. Must pay the delay penalty as per registered documents 2% per month on the total cost for 39 months as on date.
